DLV Team (Acting)
The District Lead Volunteer (DLV) is a key volunteering role that has overall responsibility for the District, ensuring it runs effectively and that all young people experience safe and good quality Scouting.
District Chair

The District Chair leads the Board of Trustees, ensuring it fulfills its responsibilities within the District. The District Chair works closely with the District Lead Volunteer to support them in carrying out their role effectively.

District Youth Lead

The District Youth Lead provides young people a voice within the highest level of the District Leadership Team. They ensure all young people aged 4-25 are involved and engaged in every decision which shapes their Scouting experience locally.

Trustee Board
The Trustee Board shapes our decisions and monitors our performance. It is the responsibility of the board to ensure good governance and that the District has the resources it needs to operate.
Programme Team
The Programme Team supports the Scouting programme across the District, helping our leaders deliver challenging and exciting activities. This includes Nights Away and Adventurous Activities.
Volunteering Development Team
This Team supports the Volunteering Experience, which includes the induction of new volunteers, Welcome Conversations, Learning and Training, and recognition of volunteers through the Scouting Awards.
Support Team
There are a number of behind the scenes tasks which support the delivery of Scouting within the District, such as looking after our Equipment and Digital Services, these tasks fall within the Support Team.
14-24 Team
Our ten Explorer Units and Scout Network function much like sections within a Group except they sit at the District level. The 14-24 Team manages these sections.
